In this webinar we will illustrate how Complete PE can assist all PE Subject Leaders’ to prepare for a ‘Deep Dive’.

We will explore all of the resources and tools contained within Complete PE that can support Subject Leaders’ to lead PE effectively as well as helping you to prepare for a subject inspection.

Some of the resources we will explore include; Curriculum Design Support, Planning and Assessment, Progression of Skills and Knowledge and Professional Development.

The session will also be an opportunity to hear from Subject Leaders’ who have recently been through a ‘Deep Dive’ using Complete PE.  You will also have the opportunity to ask them any key questions.

This webinar is open (free) to all Primary PE Subject Leaders’.

Workshop 2 builds on the content from our New to Leading PE workshop back in November.

This particular workshop will explore the tools used to support the development of staff in school along with the knowledge and understanding of how PE, PA and School Sport can be used to drive Whole School Improvement.

The workshop content includes:

  • Identifying the key features of a High Quality PE lesson, observing teaching through the use of video clips.
  • Examine ways to effectively apply formative assessment of the whole child in PE lessons.
  • Understand the impact Physical Activity can have on Whole School Improvement
  • Inline with the new Ofsted framework, use PE as a tool to challenge the personal development of all pupils.

To attend this workshop Subject Leaders need to book onto the Hertfordshire PE Conference as this is part of the programme.

*Workshop 3 will take place during the summer term.
